Robotron Programs for Beginners

LEVEL 0 (SCRATCH PROGRAMMING)

The best educational programming software available today is Scratch. It is a visual programming language with easy drag and drop blocks. Students will be introduced to creative learning which will help in the brain development of students. Using Scratch, one creates their own interactive stories, games and animations.

SESSIONS: Level 0 comprises of 14 hours of training

• Getting started with Scratch
• The Scratch Editor and Sprites
• The Paint Editor
• Working with code blocks
• Running Programs
• Programming in Scratch!




LEVEL 1 (M-BOT)

In this level, students will be introduced to the designing and mechanics of robots which will help them in developing creative dynamic models, derive controllers and synthesize planners for operating in three dimensional environments.
Students will be exposed to the challenges of various sensors for localization and maneuvering in complex environments. Finally, they will gain insights through seeing real world examples of the possible applications and challenges for the rapidly growing industry .

SESSIONS: Level I comprises of 14 hours of training

• Introduction to Robotics
• Robot Anatomy
• M-bot Assembly
• Introduction to Sensors
• Advance Scratch Programming
• On-Board LED
• IR Remote

LEVEL 2 (M-BOT Advance programming)

Introduction to data and blocks will be involved in the advance programming using scratch. Students will be thorough with different types of sensors and its application using M-bot. The finale involves communication between two M-bots.
